ATTENTION MEMBERS: Corona Update
Southern Pine Credit Union encourages all members to heed the advice of officials to help stop the spread of the coronavirus.
Our plan is to remain open with normal business hours. However, we would encourage you to take advantage of our online banking and remote deposit products. If you are not currently signed up for online or remote deposit, please give us a call and we can help you get set up. Items sent for deposit by remote deposit and received by 12:30 will be credited to your account that afternoon. Items sent after 12:30 will credit the following day. Weekend items will post by the end of business on Monday.
We also have a drop box located in the clock alley next to the guard’s office. Items left there are posted the following morning. It is a locked box so it is safe to leave cash for deposit or payments.
Once again, our main concern is the health and safety of our employees and members. Please be considerate and don’t visit our office if you are sick.

The Federal Trade Commission has launched a website that makes it easier for identity theft victims to report the occurrence of identity theft as well as recover from its effects. The website provides an interactive checklist that walks victims through the recovery process and helps them understand which recovery steps should be taken upon learning their identity has been stolen. It also provides sample letters and other helpful resources for victims. In addition, the site offers specialized tips for specific forms of identity theft, including tax-related and medical identity theft. Finally, the site has advice for users who have been notified that their personal information was exposed in a data breach.
